The main entrance is down a short flight of stairs, but there is a wheelchair-accessible door that leads directly into the cat area once cats are cleared and the surrounding space is secured. Inside, pathways are generally 36 inches wide with only one tighter corner, and seating includes armchairs, couches, benches, and low-top chairs, with some space available for wheelchairs.

Sessions last 55 minutes if booked online (30 or 55 minutes for walk-ins, subject to availability), and there are cubbies to store personal items. The restroom is single-stall and spacious, though it lacks a vertical grab bar. While some cats perch on elevated surfaces out of reach, most remain accessible, and the space overall is welcoming and inclusive. Despite a few limitations, the Cat Café provides a unique and enjoyable experience for animal lovers looking for a relaxed visit in the company of cats.
