LaZoom’s vibrant and eccentric bus tours offer a comedic take on Asheville’s history and culture, but accessibility is mixed. The building itself features a bright, accessible entrance with a proper ramp and designated handicap parking. However, the buses are open-air and do not have lift gates; guests must use stairs to board. Tours range from non-stop rides to those with up to three optional stops—passengers may remain onboard if preferred. Due to the open-air nature, summer tours can be quite hot.
